Daniel
H. Schneider has
been practicing entertainment, corporate, intellectual
property(copyrights and trademarks) and real property law
for more than 22 years. A graduate of Vassar College (AB,
1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School (JD, 1982,
Emory Scholar), he is admitted to the New York and Georgia
bars, as well as to the U.S. District Court ( Southern
District, N.Y.). Mr.Schneider
has been AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell.
Mr.
Schneider's corporate, new media, and entertainment practice
includes the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements,
including partnership, operating, shareholder, employment,
executive compensation, and buy-sell agreements for closely-held
companies, licensing and leasing agreements, distribution
agreements, artist recording, music publishing, co-publishing
and merchandising agreements, endorsement and marketing
agreements, electronic publishing, software and website
development agreements, book publishing, packaging, joint
venture, licensing, collaboration, agency, brokerage and
management agreements, production and co-production agreements,
credit facility agreements, and secured and unsecured debt
financing agreements.
Mr.
Schneider also has a background in real estate law, including
co-op and condominium development and syndication, residential
and commercial leasing, administrative and real property
tax law, zoning and land-use planning and real estate financing.
Mr. Schneider is a licensed real estate broker and a former
member of Community Board #4 (Manhattan). He has received
a certificate in Alternative Building Management from the
NYCDHPD.
Daniel
Schneider is a founding partner of Woodstock Mediation
and MediationNation, a national network of mediators in
the entertainment and new media industries. He is a member
of the American Bar Association, , the Ulster County Bar
Association, and the New York State Dispute Resolution
Association (Committee on Ethics & Standards).
His
non-profit activities include service as a member and Secretary
of the National Board of Trustees of the America The Beautiful
Fund , a co-founder and Chairperson of Hudson Valley Technology,
a member of the Board of Directors of Friends of Comeau,Inc.
and of Citizens for a Responsible Cell Tower Ordinance,
Inc., and a Trustee of the Woodstock Library. Dan also
serves as Trustee for several private Foundations.

Charlotte
W. Pfahl
Charlotte W. Pfahl received a B.A. cum laude from University
of Denver in 1973 and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1978.
She also attended Oxford University, Oxford, U.K., the N.Y.U.
School of Law, LLM. in Taxation, and the World Trade Institute.
Ms.
Pfahl specializes in private client matters (wills, trusts,
family limited partnerships) and real estate law. She represents
foreign and domestic clients - including individuals, trusts,
partnerships and corporations in a number of jurisdictions
- on a broad range of domestic and transnational business
transactions, including organization of domestic and off-shore
entities and trusts, acquisitions of business interests and
property, buy-outs and financing, as well as real estate matters,
commercial and residential acquisitions, and leasing. Her
real estate-related clients include cooperative corporations,
developers, foreign banking institutions, and private investors.
Ms.
Pfahl is admitted to practice in the States of New York and
Florida and to the Bars of the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court
of Claims, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District
of New York. She is a member of the Financial Women's Association
and The International Alliance.

Caroline
Rahmé
is an honors graduate of the London School of Economics &
Political Science (LSE), where she received her J.D. in 1996.
Ms.
Rahmé is admitted to practice in the State of New York and
may practice before the United States Supreme Court, all State
Courts and federal District Courts in New York. Ms. Rahmé
is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State
Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. She
is also a committee member of the Sports & Entertainment Section
, a committee member of the Trademark and Unfair Competition
Section, a committee member of the Media Law Section, and
a committee member of the Young Lawyers section.
She
specializes in corporate, new media, entertainment and real
estate law. She also serves as the firm's legal consultant
in international matters. She speaks German, French, Arabic,
and English.
